Universal Multi-Shear Screw Tooling
Tooling for use with the SED Mk1 universal multi-shear screw system ensuring that it provides a quick reliable connection onto the cable core whilst shearing flush with the body of the connector. Sockets can be provided to suit both the 17mm AF hexagon and ½" sq. drive as well as the complete insulated or un-insulated ratchet spanner.

The JTS/7 and JTS/7I Universal Ratchet Tools have been designed to be used with the SED patented universal multi shear screw utilised within our connector range, this tool ensures that the screw will always shear flush with the connector body.

The JTS/9 Universal Screw Socket has been designed to be used with the SED patented M16 & M18 universal multi shear screws, the tool ensures that the screw will always shear flush with the connector body.
JTS/11 Universal Screw Extractor (1/2" Square Drive)
The JTS/11 Universal Screw Extractor has been designed to be used with the SED patented range of universal multi shear screws and is used to remove the universal screw once sheared.
JTS/16 Universal Screw Socket (17mm A/F)
The JTS/16 Universal Screw Socket has been designed to be used with the SED patented M16 & M18 universal multi shear screws, the tool ensures that the screw will always shear flush with the connector body.
JTS/23, /24 & /31 MK2 Universal Screw Socket (17mm A/F)
The Universal Screw Sockets have been designed to be used with the SED patented MK2 (external drive) universal multi shear screws.
JTS/26, /27 & /32 MK2 Universal Screw Socket (1/2" Square Drive)
The Universal Screw Sockets have been designed to be used with the SED patented MK2 (external drive) universal multi shear screws.
